We start by completely reviewing the design documents for the prospective project. Our estimators will give you a competitive price and delivery estimate based on the design documents, your scope of work and and any other requiremnents that you provide us with. Once you approve, we will get started with the next step - Production.

Begin Production
WE OFFER A COMPLETE FABRICATOR SERVICE
A personal project manager will be assigned to work with you to gather all the necessary information and begin production according to your shop standards. If you don't have any standards, then we will follow standard industry practices for the project. The PM will assist you throughout the project ensuring that the work is done correctly and on time. He will be your personal contact from beginning of the project until the very end. During this step, we will issue Requests For Information (RFI's) if necessary to try to obtain criticaly missing information on the desing documents to prevent extra work and possible time delays later.

Approval Submittal
WE OFFER A COMPLETE FABRICATOR SERVICE
Depending on your specific requirements, we will provide either erection drawings only or erection and shop drawings to you for initial approval. We will work with you to make any changes you may have before you send them off to the general contractor and/or project owner for official approval.

Revisions & Fabrication Submittal
WE OFFER A COMPLETE FABRICATOR SERVICE
Once approved by you, the general contractor and owner - we will make any necessary changes and/or revisions and promptly return erection and shop drawings to you ready to put in the shop for fabrication.

We realize that these days there are often changes to the scope of work even after the project has been approved and sometimes even after fabrication. We never leave you hanging and are available to assist you with these inevitable additions through change orders.
